Nightlife Inside Chiang Mai: Pub - Shangri-La Bar & Lounge

"For a relatively quite evening you can enjoy the Bar & Lounge at the Shangri-La. Don't let the name scare you, most of the drinks here are cheaper than you'll find elsewhere. The decoration inside is done very classy with different types of seating such as bar stools, sofas, lounge chairs, etc. The service is great as you would expect from the Shangri-La, and the drinks menu is very extensive.

An upside for some and a downside for others, the bar & lounge is not very well marketed in Chiang Mai, so it's usually very quiet. Don't be surprised if you are the only one there for the whole evening. It may be a good idea to go with a group of friends so you wouldn't notice the lack of other people around you anyway."
